Q. Do you create custom pieces?

Due to the recent increase of orders, I don’t currently offer a “full custom order service”. By that I mean that I can’t create a completely new design for you. However feel free to contact me if you need one of my current design in another color. I will do my best to accommodate your request as long as I have access to the required materials!


Q. Do you take wholesale orders?

Unfortunately I do not take wholesale orders at the moment.


Q. Where can I purchase your accessories other than online?

At the moment my accessories are only available through my online shop and also on Etsy.
You may want to sign up to my newsletter which is the best way to keep updated with all the studio news!


Q. Do you ship internationally? Do you ship to my country?

I ship internationally to most countries.
Please keep in mind that international mail may be held for up to 4 weeks in customs, depending on local regulation.
It can also take much longer sometimes because of weather delays, natural disasters, etc...


Q. Why does my order take so long to be shipped?

Your order may take longer to ship if it’s a custom order. The time required to complete your order is specified in the listing, and you will be informed of any delay if it applies. Kindly make sure when you pace your order than you are comfortable with the given timeframe. Feel free to contact me prior ordering if you need your accessory to be delivered faster. I will accommodate your request whenever possible.


Q. Is my information secure?

I take the personal information that you are providing me very seriously, and I respect your need for privacy.
Therefore I will never share your information with a third party.
Paypal which is used as a shopping cart is a secure, trusted and user friendly. You do not necessarily need to create a Paypal account to make a purchase. You can easily proceed with your payment using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express at Paypal.


Q. Do you ship an order to a third party?

I can ship your order to a third party, please kindly send me a message at marie[at]mariemaglaque.com with your request and the address I should ship your order to.


Q. Can I request a gift wrapping for my order?

I love gift wrapping and I will happily wrap your order for you at no additional cost. Kindly send me your request at check out or email me at marie[at]mariemaglaque.com.


Q. Is your book available in English? In French?

The book is currently only available in Japanese, but I am hoping to have it published in other languages as soon as possible. The easiest way to keep updated is to sign up to my monthly newsletter here. Thank you!
