Thank you for visiting and shopping on this site. Each piece is designed, created and handcrafted with love by Marie herself. This process ensures that all pieces leaving the atelier are of the best quality. Marie carefully selects the materials she’s creating with and works in a smoke free environment.


PAYMENT

All prices are set in US dollars and payment is expected in full before the item can be shipped.
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
If you are having issues checking out we can send you a Paypal invoice separately from the online shop. Please kindly email Marie at marie[at]mariemaglaque.com.
The buyer is responsible for ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES & FEES, to be paid by the buyer upon delivery.
It is up to the buyer to know their own countries/ state customs fees and charges, as, as a seller, I can’t know all the charges that every country levies.


RETURNS

I am completely dedicated to my work and to the satisfaction of my customers.
I give great attention to every step of the making of my creations, including packaging and shipping conditions.
In the case you are unsatisfied, please email Marie at marie[at]mariemaglaque.com within 2 days of receiving your order and I will do my best to solve the problem and meet up with your expectations.
There will be no refund of money; replacement of the damaged good or a shop voucher/ gift certificate should apply.


DEFECTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during transit) a refund or exchange is possible. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund or exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Because each of my pieces is 100% handmade there may be an additional wait time before receiving a replacement while repairs or a new item are being made. You will of be given a time frame.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable description for a ‘defective or damaged’ refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately document and describe my work and color variations may occur because your monitor settings differ from mine.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, be patient. Your package may be held up in customs for some reason and will still be delivered. In the case of a lost package, please check online with the tracking number provided (international orders only) or contact your local post office for assistance.
Please check the integrity of the package or envelope before signing to receive the order. I recommend refusing the package if it has been obviously damaged or tampered with. Please note, customs officials may open and examine package contents. In that case, the package will be resealed and officially stamped before being delivered.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to me because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
